Using the links below you can download printable forms used in town business. The forms are either in PDF or Microsoft Word format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Word installed on your computer to open them. You can always obtain paper copies of these forms from the town clerk during normal business hours.
Please note that both the Hunting discharge permit form and the Bow Hunting Discharge Permit form must be either printed out from this website, or downloaded to a computer or other device and then printed out. Then the filled-out form must be returned to the Town Clerk.

Dog Licenses
NOTE: Dog licenses expire on December 31st each year and must be renewed on an annual basis by January 31st. Licensing for 2026 began on October 15.
- $6 for a spayed/neutered dog
- $11 for an unspayed/unneutered dog
- $25 late fee per dog (for renewals submitted after January 31st) ·
