Participating In Planning Board Meetings

The Planning Board normally meets the second Monday of each month at 6:30PM in the small meeting room at the library. Check the Community Calendar link ( ) in the left panel to verify the meeting time. 

All meetings are open to the public.  Meeting agendas are posted on the bulletin boards at the stores, in the waiting shed, at town hall, and on the Community Calendar at least 5 days before each scheduled meeting. The minutes of all Planning Board meetings are posted, after they have been approved, here on the web site and are also available for inspection at town hall.

Planning Board Meetings, Hearings  and Workshops

The dates, times, locations and agendas of Planning Board meetings,  hearings and workshops are posted at least 5 days before they are held at the Boathouse, Town Hall, waiting shed on dock and on the Community Calendar.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting or hearing and wish to comment on any agenda item you may send your comments via U.S. mail to:
