Meeting recordings are available in a format that electronic devices, computers, tablets and smart phones, can play. These files are typically an hour or so long and the most efficient way to view them is to utilize your viewing devices ability to skip to a specified time point in the recording using the slider at the bottom on the display. To assist you in viewing only those parts of the meeting you are interested in the associated Planning Board minutes are annotated with the time points indicating the start of discussion of the various agenda items.

Due to space limitations on our website only the most recent Planning Board meeting recordings are available online. Older recordings are archived at Town Hall and you can obtain copies of them in electronic form there.
