On January 26, 2015 the DEP issued revised Guidelines for Municipal Shoreland Zoning Ordinances. Our Article 4  Shoreland Zoning District Standards in the land use ordinance were last revised in 2010 to comply with the DEP 2006  Guidelines. We must now revise them to reflect the 2015 DEP Guidelines.  Before the changes we make can become effective they must be approved at a town meeting and then be approved by the DEP.
