[yrhcworking] Incorrect By-laws sent earlier

Hi All,   At the Tuesday meeting we will be voting on an  agenda item to 
increase the maximum number of voting members on the  YRHC.  (Fourth Agenda Item 
under old business.)    I  sent an attachment of what I thought were our 
by-laws,  but it was a  mislabeled and is actually the YRHASC set of bylaws.    The  
YRH Committee By-laws which we will be discussing for a vote is attached  
here for reference.    It is hard to get good help.    MG
    Word on the street is that the East End Schoolhouse  may be back on the 
market and needs to sell now.  I think it is worth a  serious look as a year 
round home for someone.  You are going to be hard  pressed to find anything in 
that price range again.       Laurie Wood is researching this for us.
