[yrhcworking] Additional changes to By-Laws

Hi All,  Attached please find some fairly minor changes to the  proposed 
By-Laws made at last nights YRHC meeting.   The sections  affected are noted and 
italicized at the top of the attached  document.  If I could have a few minutes 
tonight,  I will briefly  discuss any of them you desire.   Thanks,  Mark
