<DIV>Hi All, At the Tuesday meeting we will be voting on an
agenda item to increase the maximum number of voting members on the
YRHC. (Fourth Agenda Item under old business.) I
sent an attachment of what I thought were our by-laws, but it was a
mislabeled and is actually the YRHASC set of bylaws. The
YRH Committee By-laws which we will be discussing for a vote is attached
here for reference. It is hard to get good help.

<DIV> Word on the street is that the East End Schoolhouse
may be back on the market and needs to sell now. I think it is worth a
serious look as a year round home for someone. You are going to be hard
pressed to find anything in that price range again.
