If Mark saw this Public Notice in the newspaper, anyone anywhere?who sees the ad in the newspaper or otherwise learns about the?sale?can participate in the auction.? I feel it was and is very decent of Mark to take a few moments out of his day?to inform our community members who may not have known about this opportunity, basically to give them a heads up of another opportunity currently available?here at home.? Those involved with the property will have an equal opportunity to bid on the property, emotions of all?aside.? The fact is,?no matter what the personal history may be up to this time, currently there is a Public Notice for action.
