If Mark saw this Public Notice in the newspaper, anyone anywhere&nbsp;who sees the ad in the newspaper or otherwise learns about the&nbsp;sale&nbsp;can participate in the auction.&nbsp; I feel it was and is very decent of Mark to take a few moments out of his day&nbsp;to inform our community members who may not have known about this opportunity, basically to give them a heads up of another opportunity currently available&nbsp;here at home.&nbsp; Those involved with the property will have an equal opportunity to bid on the property, emotions of all&nbsp;aside.&nbsp; The fact is,&nbsp;no matter what the personal history may be up to this time, currently there is a Public Notice for action.<br>
