[yrhcworking] Affordable Housing Fellow and Housing Update.

Hi All,   
    I have attached the following for your information  concerning a 
housing oriented part time Fellow for next Fall as discussed at our  April YRHCorp 
meeting.
    We also have been notified by Genesis that our  grant has been extended 
for 6 months and I believe the Selectmen are going to  extend my Housing 
Administrator position the same amount.
    The YRHASC has completed their work and Kate Power  completed the final 
amendments to all of those documents, which I have just  received, but not 
yet reviewed.   I will get copies to you  shortly.
    The legal work on the parcel of land on  Leavitt St. (Church Road) is 
now completed making all 5 parcels  available. 
    We need to schedule an annual YRHCorp meeting, as  soon as practical 
after July 1.  (last year I think we did not get to it  until Oct - but if the 
new Fellow comes on board, I think we need to meet way  before that.)  I 
will sent out some possible dates shortly.
