[yrhcworking] Draft Lease with final? changes as of June 3

Good Morning All,  At last night's YRHC meeting we voted what we think  could 
be the final changes to the proposed lease.   Changes are noted  at the top 
of the Lease.    Please give this a careful read thru  and let me know of any 
concerns before I send this off to the lawyer for  review.  If this could be 
done by Sunday June 8,  it would help keep  this moving along.   Thanks,  Mark
