Subject:   Summer  Meeting Schedules 
Hello All;  
The Chairman of the YRHASC has alerted me of the difficulty many members  
will have making meetings this month and has asked that that committee consider  
postponing its regular meeting until the 3rd Wed. in September (the  17th).  
Makes sense to me  knowing how much is going on right now.   The application 
process is not  holding up the other projects going at this time. 
I recently sent out a status report to all on what I have been doing to  keep 
the lease, 501c3, survey work, deed exchange, etc. moving forward and that  
continues.   
I also have a conflict with our meeting schedule next week, and suggest  that 
we postpone the meeting of the YRHC until the first Tuesday in August (the  
5th).    At  that meeting we need to make plans for the annual YRHCorp and 
election of  Trustees and Officers and review the changes made to the Lease by our 
 attorney.   I will send those  Lease changes out under separate cover for 
you to review when we get nearer to  the meeting.  (or sooner if anyone  is 
looking for bedside reading).  
Please let me know if all of this is acceptable.
