</SPAN>The Chairman of the YRHASC has alerted me of the difficulty many members
will have making meetings this month and has asked that that committee consider
postponing its regular meeting until the 3<SUP>rd</SUP> Wed. in September (the
17<SUP>th</SUP>).<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Makes sense to me
knowing how much is going on right now.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The application process is not
holding up the other projects going at this time.</FONT></FONT></P>

</SPAN>I recently sent out a status report to all on what I have been doing to
keep the lease, 501c3, survey work, deed exchange, etc. moving forward and that

</SPAN>I also have a conflict with our meeting schedule next week, and suggest
that we postpone the meeting of the YRHC until the first Tuesday in August (the
5<SUP>th</SUP>).<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>At
that meeting we need to make plans for the annual YRHCorp and election of
Trustees and Officers and review the changes made to the Lease by our
attorney.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>I will send those
Lease changes out under separate cover for you to review when we get nearer to
the meeting.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>(or sooner if anyone
is looking for bedside reading). </FONT></FONT></P>
