Hi All,  Had a very interesting discussion with Charlie Pingree of  North 
Haven. (See recent article in Working Waterfront page 10 on their  program) 
Attached is their application/selection criteria.    They, like us, are grappling 
with many issues.   We are getting a copy  of their lease shortly from Town 
Manager.    Alden is following  up on several details regarding the banking and 
loan and  "preapproval" components and we will share these as available and/or 
at the  meeting.    
Please refrain from contacting these North Haven folks at the moment  as both 
of their times are limited and I do not want us asking people for the  same
