Happy New Year Gil and Cheryl,     Just wanted to see  what we can do to move 
this along.  I have pending grants underway to pay  for the engineering and 
survey work to re-configure these lots and a qualified  man ready to start work 
on the re-mapping.   If you care to send  back a proposal by e-mail, fax or 
mail that would give us something to work  with.   I will resend the maps I 
sent earlier if helpful.

Hi Cheryl,   Hope this came through ok.   Have both  opened it and attached 
it.   All square footage of lots will  remain the same (we can't change them 
even if we wanted).  All lots  have proper frontage and we think better depth 
for more flexibility and  setbacks of structures from lot lines and one another. 
  We  will pay costs for reconfiguration.  Your lots will remain separate if  
desired.   Look forward to your ideas and input.  Let me know  when we can
