Good morning All,   The MISCA (Monhegan) By-Laws I sent out  earlier for your 
review should be looked at as only a conceptual way we might  reorganize and 
blend the YRHC (Corp) and YRHC (Committee).  There are all  kinds of details 
in the Monhegan plan (dues etc.) that I suspect are not the way  we want to do 
it. I will be working further this week on a boiled down version  of this a 
draft proposal for us to further work over.
    I know it is a lot of work to read thru such  a document as I sent out,  
but it seems worth seeing the original  before we chop it up.  I suspect our 
final product will be simpler and more  Long Island friendly.  MG
