The agency I work for (Bay Watch Realty) has Craig and Rhonda's  house on the 
market for $279,999.
 
I am sure you know the house...it is move in condition, a yard,  workshop, 
and garage.  They obviously have the well and septic in  place.
 
This home is certainly within the range of the cost of a new home  plus the 
infrastructure.  Please let your year round people  know.....this is a bargain.
