In regards to the Foreclosure proceedings stated in the current emails
between the YRHC and YRHASC, please be advised that this office is in
receipt of a letter dated August 19, 2008 from the law office of Flagg Law,
PLLC, stating the following "there was an error in running our newspaper
publications.  The above-captioned property has been rescheduled for
foreclosure sale on September 19, 2008 at 3:30 pm at 482 Congress Street,
Suite 300, Portland, Maine".  Please note the change in date of Auction.
