Great to see that some more properties are coming on the  market. I know 
from our recent experience selling a property in Portland  that low bids 
are certainly considered and no longer thought of as  insulting in the 
current market. I would encourage anyone thinking of any  of these 
properties to make an offer that works for them and let the  seller 
decide if it's too low or  not.
