market. I know <BR>from our recent experience selling a property in Portland
that low bids <BR>are certainly considered and no longer thought of as
insulting in the <BR>current market. I would encourage anyone thinking of any
of these <BR>properties to make an offer that works for them and let the
seller <BR>decide if it's too low or
