\nAll trash must be removed from the beach and placed in trash receptical.<\/strong>
\nFires must be extinguished with water and not covered with sand and buried.<\/strong>
\nFires should be made below high tide mark if possible to ensure that the tide will extinguish the fire (EXTINGUISHING WITH THE 5 GALLON BUCKET IS STILL REQUIRED)<\/strong>
\nThe person signing the permit is responsible for following all state and local laws including littering, and leaving a fire unattended.<\/strong>
