NORTHLAND II SUB-DIVISION UPDATE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n The Board of Selectmen remind all property owners within the Northland II Sub-Division that have not yet voted to continue or discontinue the special set of covenants that the deadline for voting is January 29, 2020.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n No action taken will result in the continuation of the covenants for another 25 years. These covenants impose additional land use requirements on top of existing town ordinances.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n A notification was sent to all members of the sub-division in December notifying each of the deadline for casting their vote. Please review the background information as contained on the Town\u2019s website.
