After much back and forth,  it seems that all can make it on Wed.,  Oct. 15th 
for the YRHASC meeting except for Lorrinda.  John asked me  to relay this 
info and confirm this date and time of  7PM. This slightly later time will allow 
Lorrinda to finish gas hour  at the store and folks to get up to the school if 
off the 5:45 for coming  meetings.   The Selectmen will appoint me for that 
one night to make a  quorum of 5, at which time the committee can vote (or not) 
to reduce the quorum  needed so that things can proceed with a committee of 5 
or less if  needed.
    If you can think of anyone willing to join the  YRHASC at this time,  
have them apply to the Selectmen.     Otherwise I think we can finish up just 
fine with the folks we have  now.  Our first two pieces of land are close to 
being ready for offer to  candidates.
    Sandie will forward an agenda when ready and  hopefully we can move on 
and complete the final tasks - most of which were  listed on the minutes of our 
last meeting.    Island Institute Fellow  Kate Power will be joining us to 
assist in note taking and other housing related  needs.  Let me know if anything
