[yrhcworking] Final Draft of YRHCorp ByLaws (merged)

Good morning All,    Attached please find the Draft ByLaws  with all of the 
approved corrections.  Unless any other items are  noted,  it should next go to 
the YRHCorp Trustees for review and a vote of  acceptance.  At that point,  I 
can hopefully get the 501c3  process back on track.  Thank you to all for all 
of the time you have put  into this.
