I want to be sure that when you discuss item 3 d, that you coordinate with  
current Draft ByLaws dated 3-10-08.  Your agenda item states:   Discuss item 
raised at last meeting:  who gets which parcels???   Priority system within 
waiting list??
 
I do not believe this is necessary or required.
 
Currently, Section 12.3:  Application Process states:
 
When a YRHCorp property becomes available:
1.  the Trustees shall provide notice and schedule an information  session to 
present an overview of YRHCorp, the specific  property, and to answer 
questions.
etc.
 
It appears to me this may mean that each time a property comes available,  
there will be a call for applications.  Anyone interested in that  specific 
property would apply.  Applications would then be prioritized by  the YRHASC.  
This would weed out anyone who is not ready, and, anyone who  is not interested 
in that particular property, and would eliminate  questions of interpretation 
by anyone other than the YRHASC as to  who comes first, who comes second, etc.
 
The next time a property comes available, there will be a new call  for 
applications for that next particular property.  The same process  would start over 
again.
 
Please review this email with your committee in meeting on Tuesday, and  
report the result to YRHASC the next night.  We will have this item on our  agenda 
for our review as well, to ensure we are all coordinated and happy.
