Good Morning All,   Below is the Link for the Green  Building Standards.   
The first 6 pages (of 49) have a good  summary of the items considered in detail 
in the remaining 43 pages and  approximate costs of each relative to the 
project.    We will not  get to these tonight, but file them away for a review 
soon as we have them noted  as a part of the Lease which we are working on
