Good Morning All,
    The following is from a legal ad in the  paper.   The year round home at 
1005 Island Ave. owned by Jennifer  Decanto and occupied by Jane and Joel 
Watters is going to be auctioned off on  Sept. 19, 2008.
    While difficult to put aside the issues Jane and  Joel must be facing,  
someone is going to own a home at potentially a  bargain price.
    If this is of any interest to you,  you must  move quickly.   The most 
prudent thing is to get pre-qualified for a  mortgage, if you are not already.
    Prior to the sale, you must make a $5000 deposit  which will be applied 
to the purchase (or returned in not  successful).   You will sign a purchase 
and sale if you bid  successfully and have 30 days to gain the completion of 
financing.
    The auction will be in Portland at 483 Congress  St., Suite 300 and you 
must be present to bid.
