Hi All,  Hope you are enjoying this stretch of great weather.
 
 I believe we had tentatively scheduled a meeting for the second Wed.  of 
Sept. (the 12th).   Unless someone has a pressing need or issue  that needs our 
attention,  I would like to delay that until the second  Wed. of Oct. (the 
10th) at 7 PM at the Learning Center. 
 
On Wed. Sept. 12, at 7PM at Town Hall,   I will be calling a  meeting of the 
Board of Directors of the Year Round Housing  Corporation   (Chee, Steve 
Train, Leah, and myself) to elect officers  and review and adopt by-laws.  While 
the Board really at this time  is mainly needed to maintain the legal 
Corporation and hold the 501c3  status, this election and bylaws adoption is necessary 
to complete our  tax free status which is still pending.  You will see this 
meeting posted,  and while you are certainly welcome to attend,  it is not the 
regular  meeting and the business will be confined to those two items.   
 
Let me know if you have any questions or issues that I should  tackle.
