[yrhcworking] YRHC and YRHASC Goals (a copy for each Selectman please)

Please accept the following open letter as a good faith attempt to  keep the 
dialog and process open and moving.  I look forward to being able  to discuss 
this at the Wed. YRHASC meeting and have requested that it be an  agenda item. 
   
At the suggestion of a YRHASC member (and in response to a question by  
another YRHASC member) , I am compiling a list of folks involved in  this endeavor 
over the past few years. I will e-mail it later and/or bring  it to the 
meeting  Wed.               Thank you,  Mark
