[yrhcworking] Meeting YRHC Tuesday, Dec. 4 - 7PM - Learning Center

Hello All,   We have not sent out minutes of the November Meeting  as we did 
not have a quorum and postponed the meeting.    I do  not know if Wed. nites 
will  continue to work as there were so many  meetings at the same time we were 
scheduled to meet.
Several members have requested a meeting to get up to speed on  issues before 
our regular one this month so we will see how  this Tuesday works.    I am 
attaching the minutes of  the previous meeting as well as the agenda for that 
last meeting as a  starting point,  but will leave as much time as needed for 
issues you wish  to cover.
I am also attaching DRAFT bylaws for our committee for you to consider -  
add, delete, whatever you think to govern the way meetings and procedures are  
handled.
In the future,  it would be good if the 7 voting YRHC members  would let me 
know as far in advance if they are NOT able to make the meeting, so  we can 
reschedule ahead of time if a quorum is not available to meet.   Thanks,  Mark
