[Year-Round Housing] Grant Meeting Needed!!

Good Morning All,  We need to meet soon to make some decisions about the Grant.  The main issue is that our budget and borrowing needs are higher than MaineHousing will allow.  Bottom line is that about $60 000 needs to be pared or $60 000 of other sources located.   Mary Terry is gathering some info for us as and will get that to me in the next few days.  Let's plan on meeting Tuesday, May 3 @7PM in the small room off the Library.   Let me know if this time works, I did not see any conflicts on the Town Calendar.
A review of where we are with the proposed house plans would be useful at this time,  as we may have to consider some pruning on those if possible.    MG
