[Year-Round Housing] Fwd: Public Notice from the MPN (Beach Ave. House)

We must  make sure that if we bid and win we know we can move  
forward.  I don't know enough to say yes or no.  Who can walk us  
through this, is it Genesis that has beeen helping other  
islanders ?   I'm on the island not too mobile but up for  phone call  
or al can meet at my house.
