Hi All,   This thing has Beach Ave. House written all over  it.   The Beach 
Ave. House is now officially being foreclosed by the  bank,  but is not yet 
ready for auction as I understand it.   It  continues to be grandfathered 
as a 3 family property.      Your input or interest are solicited or if you 
can think of other ways to use  this grant,  speak up!!    MG

We must  make sure that if we bid and win we know we can move  
forward.  I don't know enough to say yes or no.  Who can walk us  
through this, is it Genesis that has beeen helping other  
islanders ?   I'm on the island not too mobile but up for  phone call  
or al can meet at my house.

Hi all,

I have a  call in to Liza to see if she can walk you through this process.
I hope to hear back from her today.

It looks like the money has to go to a non-profit or governmental group, not
an individual islander.   The thing we need to clarify is the process of
bidding and then moving forward.  Perhaps Liza can help to obtain some
understanding on this.

Once I hear back I will let you know what I learn.
