[Year-Round Housing] Beach Ave. House Auction Update

A belated update on the BAH and MaineHousing  grants.     The auction 
scheduled for tomorrow is off,   at least for now.   I contacted the owner and he 
said it is not even  for sale at this time and he was working with the 
bank.  I suspect  that this is a temporary situation.    
Mary Terry (Island Fellow), Mary McAleney and myself have been exploring  
ways that this or a future foreclosed property might be obtained for year roun
d  housing,  rental or otherwise.  We also are exploring the new Housing  
Grant to see if there are other possible applications  here.  Everything we 
are doing is just exploratory to see what  the possibilities are and how to 
achieve them.  Obviously we cannot do  anything without YRHCorp action.
