[Year-Round Housing] Fwd: Housing Selection Committee (from Chebeague)

Hi all,

To follow up on what Mark sent you, Peaks uses a very similar process.  Both
processes were based on what Islesboro established a few years ago with
tweaks to address individual community needs.

I have attached the application, and some supporting materials, that Peaks
uses.
