Hi All,  This is a response to the questions asked at our last meeting  
about who checks incomes etc.  This is the way Chebeague handles it.   Attached 
to Beth Howe's letter are 2 attachments worth downloading. The  first is a 
rental application and the second an interesting scoring  matrix (very
