[Year-Round Housing] Annual Meeting - proposed date and agenda.

Good morning All,    
    I would like to float the date of Tuesday,   Sept. 29, 7PM as a 
potential date for our Annual YRHCorp Meeting and   elections followed immediately 
by the Board of Trustees Meeting and  election of officers.   We also still 
need a new "Seasonal Trustee" so  if you have someone in mind,  please speak 
with them and see if they would  be open to being elected that evening.
    Our new part time Casco Bay Island Institute  Fellow, Mary Terry,  is 
available that evening to meet with us and see  where we wish to go.   Her 
mission is pretty much solely housing  issues. 
    The proposed agenda will include the "Senior  Housing/assisted 
living/health care"  exploration discussed at the last  YRHCorp meeting in April.  
Survey and groundwork for this is proposed to be  Mary Terry's major task for 
Long Island in addition to continuing to help  bring our homestead/lease 
program to fruition by working with Maine banks to  find willing lenders.
    Please submit other agenda items you would like to  discuss and let me 
know one way or the other whether this date works for  you.
