It has been a long time coming but here we go!  I would encourage  those 
interested in the future as well as now to file a Notice of Interest and  get 
up to speed on the Program application process.  I have attached a  "Notice 
of Interest" form for convenience.   Please spread the word to  others not

NOTICE OF BUILDING LOTS  AVAILABILITY 

The Year  Round Housing Corporation is pleased to announce that the first   

parcels  of Town-owned land are ready for long term lease to Long  Island  

residents for the building of your own year round  home. 


Properties available at  this time: 
46 Garfield  St. –  Lot 305 (305-6-7  merged) 
99 Cushing  St. – Lot  255 
107 Cushing  St. – Lot  254 
All lots have had  successful septic site plans completed and are buildable 
with no variances  required and front on year round Town maintained  roads. 
At this time, significant  grant monies are becoming available through the 
Cumberland County Community  Development Home Program (and other programs) 
that may be of assistance to  qualified first time home owners. 
For more information, a  simple  “Notice of Interest”  registration form 
is available from Mark Greene, Town Housing Administrator

Town Hall. 
An informational meeting  will be scheduled with interested persons filing 
a “Notice of Interest” to  answer questions and explain the application  
process.
