[Year-Round Housing] Proposed Lease Amendments

For Tuesday, April 7 combined YRHCorp/YRHCommittee meeting (7PM - Learning  
Center)
 
 
Hi All,   Attached please find the YRHCorp Ground Lease and the  two proposed 
additions to it concerning time frames for obtaining financing and  building 
completion.    I do not know what are reasonable  times,  maybe we work it out 
on a case by case basis or make a reasonable  stab and see how it goes.
 
Your input as to where we head next with the YRHCorp and if we seek Island  
Fellow assistance is significant if you can make the meeting,   that would be 
good.   A discussion of island employment opportunities  and futures might also 
be relevant.
