1.       Call to  order 
2.       Proof of  notice of meeting 
3.       Presence of  quorum 
4.       Minutes of  previous meeting (Draft copy attached) 
5.       Old  business 
6.       New  business 
a.       Add to Lease:    provisions and timeframes for candidates  to        
                 obtain Financing and construction deadlines. 
b.       Review Fellow options from Island Institute meeting of April  1. 
c.       Discuss priorities for YRHCorp projects and goals for present        
              and potential future Island Institute  Fellow. 
d.       Grant monies potentially available – summary report from   
Kate Power (will be forwarded to you before  meeting) 
e.       Discuss future potential YRHCorp projects including but not          
               limited to: 
1.       Rental housing/opportunities 
2.       Senior housing/assisted living. 
3.       Other housing ideas? 
4.       Island  employment 
5.       Other ideas??
