[Year-Round Housing Committee] Minutes and next meeting

Hi All,   Congratulations - Your hard work and good intentions  have achieved 
step 1 in a long process and done it fairly  quickly.  For those who have not 
seen the Town Meeting process, it is  exciting if draining!!   I did not 
expect that we would be the  star long discussion article, but you never know!  
    Now the real work begins to make this the best  program possible to both 
serve your needs, the community's needs, and to insure  that we continue to 
have support in the future from our fellow citizens.
    As agreed,  we will not meet this week, but  will crank up next Thursday, 
May 24 at 7 at the Learning Center to begin  getting our program moving ahead 
and setting our priorities to move this forward  quickly.
Alden is getting some other model leases together and we need  to discuss 
what is needed for the proposed Application/Selection Committee  to get formed 
and other such details to move forward.   Let me know if  you have any concerns 
that I should be focusing on.
    Attached are the minutes from last week's  meeting.    It has been a 
pleasure working with this group and I  hope you will all stay very active and 
bring in others who are  interested.    Best,  Mark
