I know this is not housing exactly,  but it speaks well to how  important 
preserving this community is as a base for what the YRHC hopes to  do.   Good 
background, although Cade said it even better than  this! 
 
The idea of "talking points" is a good one that maybe we should explore  more 
at next meeting so when someone asks you on the boat about YRH  (affordable) 
we will have some clean simple bullets ready to share with our  neighbors.  I 
will forward some examples that I have in other e-mails  concerning the school 
consolidation proposal of the governors, and maybe we can  get some ideas 
from those.  Mark
