<DIV>Good day All, A followup to the materials I sent out a couple
of weeks ago. I thought those were the finalized,
corrected, approved application materials that Kate Power (as acting
secretary) had given me on the CD before she left. Today I got around to
making print copies for filing at Town Hall with the CD. Unfortunately,
many of the forms were missing from the CD and most had not been redated to show
the adoption date of June 17, 2009 (the last YRHASC meeting). The
changes voted had also not all been entered. </DIV>
<DIV> Attached are the corrected and dated and
re-numbered (as per the minutes of the June 17th meeting)
forms. I will be bringing them to Town Hall tonight for
filing. I have also included the minutes of that last meeting
formalizing the vote on each of these. I have the
draft versions also if there is any question as to the history of this
work. So - once again, I ask you to make a folder of
these on your computers for safe keeping and backup in addition to what will be
in Town Hall. Let me know if you have
