Good morning,<br><br>Thank you for the kind welcome last week. I look forward to the coming year and our work together. To that end I have started to research senior housing and how other islands have created such housing. <br>

<br>As I mentioned at the meeting, I am exploring banking options as well as habitat models for the Peaks work and will expand that exploration to include Long and Chebeague. Working together, as a block, we may have more clout with the banks and begin to create a working relationship that benefits all of the Bay.<br>

<br>In the meantime, please feel free to email or call me with questions, concerns, comments, ideas, or just to chat. I hope to visit the island again soon and to attend some social events to meet more islanders. <br><br>
