to re-train islanders if needed, seeking other ways of enhancing incomes on

seems crazy in a time when work is in short supply for some to many
islanders.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>(Conceptual Project but one that could go as soon as

year is already done, printed and ready to be voted or not at Town Meeting in a
year where we are facing pretty much our first ever real tax increase of more
than 10%.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
