Following are my comments on the 2-28-08 draft. page 3 Section 4.7(b) Remove the extra space front of the period at the end of the sentence. page 3 Section 5.7 second line Remove the extra space between by vote. page 4 Section 6.7 Is this section in a larger point font to call our attention to it, or is this a mishap? Decide to either cap or lower case Officers (officers) throughout. Right now there is a little of each. page 6 Section 11.1 I am uncomortable with the wording of this last sentence.
