paper copies. Thus far there are two files here for your committee, one for
all emails as they are considered public documents and one for minutes, drafts,
info from other organizations etc.. Since every e-mail (including drafts etc.)
from your committee is forwarded to the Town, I do print them off and file them
with the most current in front, which is no problem at all. Though there may
be other documents that circulate at your actual meetings that you may want to
be in your files here at Town Hall. Therefore, you would want to make sure
that your files are current with pertinent information should the public want
to view them. I’d be happy to show anyone on your committee where the files
are and they can show you when you meet again. The cabinet is open and would
be accessible during your meetings and during regular Town Hall hours. Feel
