<div>Happy New Year All,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The party is over and&nbsp;time to get back to business.&nbsp;&nbsp; We need to have a meeting or workshop soon to review the application and selection process and come up with a few willing souls who can review the applicant's financial details to confirm eligibility to participate in the rent and/or rent to own program.&nbsp;&nbsp;We have 3&nbsp;letters of interest that need to be acted upon&nbsp;soon, but first we must review and refine the selection process if needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;I apologize for not getting this out sooner - John had reminded me last week and I let it slip.</div>


<div>This Tuesday (Jan.4th) is a bit close but available if good for others or we can go to next Tues. Jan. 11th except that it always conflicts with Planning Board and VFW.&nbsp;&nbsp; Let me know quickly what works and if enough folks are available we will go with a workshop this Tuesday.&nbsp; If not, we will try for next Tues.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; This e-mail list includes the members of the present Application/Selection Committee (except Newell) and the members and Trustees of the YRHCorp (except Chee).&nbsp; It would be good to have both groups part of this initial discussion as this is a&nbsp;partly&nbsp;different program than our original land lease.&nbsp;&nbsp; I will confirm which meeting date works by Monday evening.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Thanks,&nbsp;&nbsp; Mark<br>
