Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, which rallies communities to
volunteer time, labor and materials to (re)build houses for
those among them in need. Our program has helped Americans
from all walks of life whose homes presented them with
potentially insurmountable challenges- we've helped families
address everything from needing more room to take in
orphaned relatives to rebuilding after a natural disaster to
creating a completely handicap-accessible living space after
an injury. Our currently airing 6th season has a "Heroes"
theme- we've focused on helping those people who spend a
significant portion of their own time helping or serving
others, often regardless of their own needs. The producers
of the show want to continue to showcase these inspiring
stories in Season Seven, which they hope will continue to
encourage everyone to give back to those around
them. </SPAN></P>
