Town Meeting as we have previously discussed. <SPAN

agreed to an equal square footage swap of land with the <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Methodist</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Church</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> which will give us 100 feet of
frontage on <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Leavitt
Street</st1:address></st1:Street> so that we do not have to seek any variances
to build on this land. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>We also
believe the Church benefits with this boundary shift as it puts a Church
outbuilding back on their property.</FONT></FONT></P>
